As a courtesy to fellow patrons and our performing artists, please remember to turn off all cell phone ringers while attending the Festival performances. Please do not use flash photography of any kind, with any device. Please do not wear large hats or sit on multiple cushions that will block the view for the fans behind you.
Smoking of any type and vaping is not permitted anywhere within the Festival site.
Your ticket allows one (1) entry to the Festival site. Ticket holders must exit and enter through the Main Gate on 75th St. for readmittance. If you have questions prior to the Festival, please send an email to andrew@scottsdalejazzfest.org or call 480-463-4797. If you have questions during the Festival, please ask one of our many volunteers.
An array of food and vendor shopping will be available throughout the Festival site.
Every person is subject to a security search. Please be prepared for Security to search your belongings. Security reserves the right to refuse entry to the Festival site. The Scottsdale Jazz Festival works with a professional security firm, and the City of Scottsdale police department to ensure the safety of our patrons. ADA seating is available close to the stage. Please call 480-463-4797 if have any specific questions. A passenger Loading/Unloading area with ADA access is located at the Main Entrance to the Festival site on 75th St.
A limited amount of ADA parking spaces are available on 75th St. near the Festival Main Entrance. Parking is first-come, first-served.
We invite you to enjoy a wide variety of food and beverages available for purchase at the Scottsdale Jazz Festival. As per the State of Arizona and Maricopa County, food, glass, and beverages in containers cannot be brought into the Festival site with the exception of one bottle of water. A stainless steel or other non-breakable individual-use water container is allowed. No picnic baskets, coolers, or barbeques are allowed. No alcohol may be brought into the Festival site. Alcohol and containers will be disposed of at the entrance gates and not returned. Every person who enters the Festival site is subject to search by security personnel.
The health and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that you have a wonderful Festival experience this year, with confidence in the procedures designed for a safe environment for all. As we get closer to the event, we will be announcing the onsite protocols regarding proof of vaccination, negative tests, and masking. Free street parking, lot parking and garage parking is available within walking distance of the Festival site. Here are some options:
Civic Center Library Parking Garage: 3803 N Drinkwater Blvd.
Scottsdale Passport Office: 7447 E Indian School Rd. This surface lot has access off of 1st Ave.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church: 7655 E Main St. – $10/vehicle
We recommend utilizing local rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) to avoid limited parking availability. Parking lots and garages open well in advance of the gate opening time. Come down to Old Town Scottsdale early to enjoy brunch at one of the many great restaurants.
