The 2024 Festival site is located at the Civic Center East Bowl which is located Northeast of Scottsdale Public Library. The address is 3939 N Drinkwater, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, just south of City Hall.
Your ticket allows one (1) entry to the Festival site. Ticket holders must exit and enter through the Main Gate which is located near Robert Indiana’s “Love” (sculpture) in Scottsdale Civic Center. ADA guests may enter from the ADA parking lot behind City Hall on the 75th Street side. If you have questions before the Festival, please email jazdayaz@gmail.com or call 602-524-7998. If you have questions during the Festival, please ask one of our many volunteers.
The following items are not allowed:
- Food, coolers, glass bottles, containers, or alcoholic beverages
- Camera or cameras with detachable lenses of ANY SIZE
- Flash for photos, tripods, monopods, laser pens, laser lights
- Audio or video recording devices
- Pets. No dogs allowed.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the Festival site
- All cell phone ringers must be turned off during the performances
- Weapons of any kind
- Any item that obstructs the view of other guests, such as oversized hats, signs, etc.
- Security may confiscate items or have you remove items from the Festival site.
The following items are allowed and encouraged:
- An electronic ticket or a print-at-home ticket
- Personal items and medications
- Additional clothing for changing weather conditions and temperatures
- One sealed plastic bottle of water per patron is permitted
- A smile and a good attitude!
Patrons are invited to bring in lawn chairs to use in designated, limited areas located near city hall and also near the entrance to the event. Signs are posted to identify these areas. Chair with legs are not allowed on the grass bowl area. Chairs without legs, cushions and blankets are allowed on all areas of the lawn.
A reserved area for ADA guests will be reserved at the top of the East Bowl with views of the stage. Please call 602-524-7998 if you have any specific questions. A passenger Loading/Unloading area with ADA access is located in the parking lot for City Hall with access to the Festival site near 75th Street. A limited amount of ADA parking spaces are available on 75th St. near the Ada loading and unloading area. Parking is first-come, first-served.
Free street parking, lot parking and garage parking is available within walking distance of the Festival site. Here are some options:
- Civic Center Library Parking Garage: 3803 N Drinkwater Blvd.
- Scottsdale Passport Office: 7447 E Indian School Rd. This surface lot has access off of 1st Ave.
- Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church: 7655 E Main St. – $10/vehicle
- We recommend utilizing local rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) to avoid limited parking availability. Parking lots and garages open well in advance of the gate opening time. Come to Old Town Scottsdale early to enjoy brunch at one of the many great restaurants.
The Scottsdale Jazz Festival has a no-refund policy, and all sales are non-refundable. Scottsdale Jazz Festival will not be accepting donated-back tickets in 2024.
The 12th Annual Scottsdale Jazz Festival will feature one main stage. The Festival is entirely outdoors to ensure the health and safety of our audience, volunteers, and artists.
